T

hese are exciting times to be a drama fan. The spring/summer drama lineup is sizzling hot!
It includes both eagerly anticipated comebacks of actors and writers we all love, as well as fresh new faces.

We try to squeeze in as many of all of these thrilling new drama prospects as we possibly can in this week’s episode.

What we’ve been watching

These are the dramas we talk about in this episode:

Other dramas or movies we mentioned:

Listener Question… In reverse. Take two!

In this episode we turn to the group again (you guys, the listeners) to ask you a question…
What we’d like to know this time is: What drama would you recommend for someone to marathon over the summer?

A light and fluffy romantic comedy to watch on the plane or on the beach perhaps? Or would you advice someone to explore something more dark and gritty? Or a genre they don’t normally watch?

What do you think? Leave a comment and let us know!

We’d  love to get your best tips and your reason behind why you think this particular drama would make a good summer marathon.

The next episode

Our next episode will probably be the last one before we take a break over the summer. It should be out on June 17th.
Hope to see you all then. Fighting!

It’s summer. We have some extra time on our hands. Why not try an extra long drama that you haven’t had time for? Like The Bridal Mask. It’s a wonderful historical action-drama. Or if you want something a bit more light and fluffy; a popular week-end drama.

That’s a great suggestion! Plow through one of those long looong dramas you know you want to watch but have been putting off because of the episode count. Thanks Zehra!

Since its Summer I would pick the thrilling dramas that end each episode on a cliff hanger where I’m dying to know what happens next. It gives me satisfaction to be able to pull an all nighter marathoning and still catch up on sleep during the day. I would recommend City Hunter or a Princess’s man.

Haaa! I wouldn’t have thought of that. Another creative and fun idea!
Marathoning cliffhanger dramas. Check. Thanks Vanilla Bean!
